Initial card enrollment through a Windows device

In this document, you will learn how to set your PIN and Biometrics on your card. This is required in order to start using your card.

Once this is completed, you can link your card to your Multi-Pass Account by following the steps in this article.

Alert
For this, you will need (1) you biometric card, (2) a Windows device, and (3) an NFC reader (either embedded in your laptop or external)

Step 1: Add your PIN

1. In Windows, navigate to Start > Settings > Accounts

2. On the Accounts page, go to Sign-in Options > Security Key > Manage



3. Put your card on the NFC reader (or insert it)

4. Under the Security Key PIN option, select Add



5. Enter your PIN and click OK

Step 2: Enroll your fingerprint biometrics

1. Repeat steps 1 to 3 of the previous section

2. Under the Security Key Fingerprint option, click Add another and enter your PIN



3. While continuously keeping your card on the NFC reader, tap your finger on the card while following the steps on the screen



4. Repeat until you see that the process is completed
