This documentation outlines how to manually add an multiple users to a tenant using the Multi-Pass Dashboard. The process allows administrators to directly invite users when automated provisioning is not used.
Dashboard Administration – Adding Users to a Tenant via CSV
Step 1 – Obtaining the CSV File and Uploading the File
- Open Multi-Pass Dashboard
- Select the correct Tenant you wish to manually create the user in.
- From the left-side menu, click Users.
- Click Add User
- Click Download CSV Template
- Fill in the CSV File with information about the users like surname, givenName, and email
After the invitation is sent, the users will receive an activation email from Multi-Pass. Once accepted, the users becomes an active member of the selected tenant and will appear under the Users list in the dashboard.
