2.1 First, log out of the Dashboard by clicking on your profile in the top right of the screen and choosing "Log out". You will now be redirected to the login page. If not, go to https://dashboard.kzero.com/
2.2 On the login page, select "Setup Multi-Pass" at the complete bottom right of the page.
2.3 Follow the steps on the page and enter the OTP received in your emails. It may take up to a minute to receive the OTP
Please note that OTP is only required while setting up the Multi-Pass in order to link your account to your device.
2.4 Follow the steps on the screen to download and configure the Multi-Pass app.
- Step 1: enter the OTP
- Step 2: Select "Multi-Pass Digital" and download the app using the QR of the right app store (depending on your device)
- Step 3: Open the Multi-Pass application, select "Add an Account, and scan the setup QR code on the "Step 3" page. Once completed, click on "Complete setup" on your computer.
2.5 Test your Multi-Pass Digital:
- On the login page, click on the first option (Multi-Pass Digital)
- Enter your email ID (we suggest you select "remember me" if you are using a private computer)
- The very first time you login, you will be requested to enter an OTP on your mobile device
- This is what we call the "reverse OTP" flow. It is an additional security feature and it is required in order to link your device with your web session.
- Done!
Step 3: Create your first deployment
3.1 Once logged into your dashboard, click on "New Deployment"
3.2 Fill the required information:
- Company Name is the name of the company for which you are creating this deployment
- Tenant ID is the name the end-users will use to access their User Portal (via portal.kzero.com)
- By default, the Tenant ID will be the Company Name without unsupported characters (edited automatically by Multi-Pass).
- You can edit the Tenant ID if desired
