This documentation outlines how to manually add an individual user to a tenant using the Multi-Pass Dashboard. The process allows administrators to directly invite users when automated provisioning is not used.

Dashboard Administration – Individually Adding Users to a Tenant

Step 1 – Creating the User

  • Open Multi-Pass Dashboard
  • Select the correct Tenant you wish to manually create the user in.
  • From the left-side menu, click Users.

  • Click Add User

  • Enter the following details for the new user:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address

  • Once all fields are completed, click Send Invite to generate an email invitation for account activation.

After the invitation is sent, the user will receive an activation email from Multi-Pass. Once accepted, the user becomes an active member of the selected tenant and will appear under the Users list in the dashboard.
