ZoomInfo - SSO configuration

This documentation provides a step-by-step guide to setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) for ZoomInfo using MPAS. SSO simplifies user authentication by allowing access to multiple applications with a single set of credentials. This integration enhances security and improves user experience across your organization
To set up Multi-Pass with ZoomInfo, ensure you meet the following requirements:
- ZoomInfo admin rights
- MPAS Admin rights
- Make sure that all users intended to use SSO in ZoomInfo are registered in your IdP and have the necessary permissions to access ZoomInfo.
Important: Custom elements in URLs (like realm names) are case sensitive. Make sure to match the exact casing from your environment.
ZoomInfo - SSO configuration
- Log into ZoomInfo Admin Portal as an administrator.
- Go to User Management
- Select Single Sign-On.
- Locate the Service Provider Details section and copy the values below:
ZoomInfo SAML Values
You will later upload the Multi-Pass IdP Metadata XML file here to finalize the setup.
- Open Multi-Pass Dashboard
- Select your tenant and on the left side of the page, click on "Integrations"
- Click on "Applications"
- Add Application (SAML).
- Fill in the form with the details below and click Add Integration.
- Verify the configuration in the Advanced Console
- Open the Advanced Console (right side panel)
- Click on Clients.
- Search for the ZoomInfo client and verify the sections below.

- In the ZoomInfo Admin Portal, return to the Single Sign-On Setup page and upload the Multi-Pass IdP Metadata XML.
This file contains:
- IdP Entity ID
- IdP Single Sign-On URL
- x.509 Certificate
Test & Enforce
- Assign a test user to the ZoomInfo application in Multi-Pass.
- Log in to ZoomInfo using SSO and confirm attributes map correctly.
- Enable the Require SSO toggle in ZoomInfo if you want all users to authenticate via SSO only.
- Optionally, disable password/social login methods to enforce identity provider-only login
