Vault – Using the Vault Browser Extension

This has been fully tested and validated by Kelvin Zero Inc.
Warning
The extension is built for Chromium Browsers. The following browsers are currently supported:
  1. Google Chrome
  2. Microsoft Edge
  3. Brave
  4. Opera
Alert
You must reauthenticate with the browser extension every 10 minutes. This is by design for added security.


Vault – Using the KZero Extension




Step 1 — Understanding the fields in the extension

  • Unlock your Vault
  • Once unlocked you'll see the default screen

  • Clicking the Portal button will open the KZero Passwordless End User Portal

  • Clicking the Add Password button will allow you to create a new password entry in the Extension

  • There are two main fields, All Relevant and All Items

  • All Items will show you all of your password entries
  • All Relevant will show you all the credentials that are applicable to the website you are on

Step 2 — Using the extension on a website

  • Navigate to the Login Screen for the applicable website
  • Look for the blue K icon (KZero Logo)

  • Clicking the KZero button will open the Vault extension. It will load the Relevant Items field instead of the All Items field
  • Select the Use on this site button

  • Your credentials will be populated automatically into the username and password field on the applicable website
  • If you click on the password entry while on the applicable website, you can use the Fill option
