Product Release Summary – What's New

This release reinforces security, observability, and performance across the Multi-Pass platform, while enhancing password management and analytics for both end-users and administrators.

⚙️ General improvements

  • Maintenance & infrastructure: migrated Flagsmith and Bitnami Docker images to Azure Container Registry (ACR), reduced Nexus disk usage, enabled Gradle caching for faster builds, and improved alerting and monitoring across production environments with Signoz and pod restart notifications.

🧑‍💼 For end-users

  • Password management: expanded bulk import support to Entra ID, Google Workspace (JSON and CSV), Brave, Opera, KeePass (KDBX), and KZero Vault, alongside new password export capabilities that include folder structures.
  • Vault experience: improved folder handling with true folder support, alphabetical sorting, and better layout rendering; added instant vault synchronization and the ability to delete vaults directly from user settings.
  • Data integrity & accessibility: improved import accessibility and error handling, clearer visual feedback for inputs and borders, and corrected credential types, logos, and color contrasts.
  • New features: introduced a password history popup, confirmation prompts when regenerating passwords, and on-demand decryption when fetching entries for faster vault access.
  • UI & onboarding: added new browser extension components (LinkAccount, Locked, sidebar navigation), fixed multiple visual bugs and alignment issues, and made the onboarding flow dynamic based on existing credentials.

📊 For administrators

  • Dashboard: introduced new integrations (UiPath, Egnyte, CrowdStrike, Vanta, WP Engine, Figma, Dynatrace), added visibility on most-used applications, active vault counts, and improved charts showing vault initialization status.
  • SCIM & provisioning: enhanced reliability of SCIM management, added user import from Entra ID and Google Workspace (JSON and CSV), and improved error handling for SCIM deletion and advanced console access.
  • Portal management: Improved admin onboarding adaptation.
  • Performance & stability: optimized API responsiveness, resolved UI inconsistencies, and improved overall dashboard reliability during outages or external service interruptions.
