Manage your Credentials (Passwordless Login Methods)

In this article you will learn how to add and remove Multi-Pass credentials from your user portal.

NOTE: those credentials are your passworldess login methods (passkeys) that you will use to authenticate yourself into the Multi-Pass User Portal and/or 3rd party applications. The most common passkeys will be Multi-Pass Digital and Multi-Pass Card

Multi-Pass Digital via Mobile Application

1. Open your Multi-Pass Mobile Application
   
1. If you don't have it already, please download it from your App Store or Play Store
   
2. On the homepage, Click on Add an Account
   
3. 
   

Multi-Pass Card via Browser

1. First, navigate to your Multi-Pass User Portal on your computer
   
1. If you don't remember your portal URL, please go to (PLACEHOLDER) and enter your Company URL.
   
2. Log in using your preferred method
   
3. Once logged in, follow these steps:
   
1. Click on Account security
   
2. Click on Signing In
   
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Passwordless section
   
4. On the right of your screen, click on Set up Passkey
   
5. Choose Register
   
6. On the pop up on your screen, click on Save
