Manage Credentials - Admin Account
In this article you will learn how to manage your Admin credentials. As mentioned in previous documentation, those are different from your end-user credentials (if you have any).
NOTE: if required, please make sure you have activated your account first. To do so, please follow the steps in this
article.
- Login to your Admin dashboard
- Open Multi-Pass Dashboard
- Select a login method you have previously activated
- Once in your account:
- Click on your initials at the top right of the screen
- Select Account settings
- In the menu on the left of your screen, click Account security > Signing In
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Passwordless" section and click on “Set up Passkey”
- Follow the steps on the screen and mobile application
