Manage Credentials - Admin Account

In this article you will learn how to manage your Admin credentials. As mentioned in previous documentation, those are different from your end-user credentials (if you have any).

Notes
NOTE: if required, please make sure you have activated your account first. To do so, please follow the steps in this article.
  1. Login to your Admin dashboard
    1. Open Multi-Pass Dashboard
    2. Select a login method you have previously activated

  2. Once in your account:
    1. Click on your initials at the top right of the screen 
    2. Select Account settings
    3. In the menu on the left of your screen, click Account security > Signing In 
    4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the "Passwordless" section and click on “Set up Passkey” 
    5. Follow the steps on the screen and mobile application
