January brings stronger reliability and safer recovery workflows, alongside major Vault usability upgrades such as sharing, bulk actions, and improved administrator controls for emergency recovery and group-based access.

  • Reliability & stability: improved overall platform stability by fixing multiple edge cases around recovery states, data consistency, and background processes.
  • Security & safety: strengthened emergency recovery mechanisms and key handling to ensure sensitive access remains protected, even in exceptional situations.
  • Performance & scalability: improved how the system validates organizations and tenants, making large environments faster and more reliable to manage.

  • Vault sharing: introduced the ability to share vault entries and folders more efficiently, including support for sharing with individual users or groups.
  • Bulk actions: added multi-select and bulk actions in the vault, allowing users to delete, move, or share multiple entries at once.
  • Recovery experience: improved recovery flows with clearer screens, guidance, and notifications when an account is unavailable or requires recovery steps.
  • Browser extension improvements: fixed autofill issues on several websites, improved recovery and error handling, and refined visual behavior to avoid overlapping or hidden elements.

📊 For administrators

  • Emergency & recovery management: introduced full emergency key creation and recovery flows, including downloadable recovery kits, clearer recovery states, and better visibility into ongoing recoveries.
  • Vault administration: added new tools to manage vault administrators, recovery permissions, and sharing rules at both organization and tenant levels.
  • Group management: expanded group features with sub-groups, user assignment and removal, group-based app access, and improved navigation in the dashboard.
  • Operational visibility: added dashboards and indicators to track recovery readiness, available recovery admins, and service health during updates.
  • Integrations & configuration: fixed and improved SSO integrations, domain validation, and onboarding communication to ensure smoother setup.
