Fingerprint Enrollment

Fingerprint Enrollment

Warning
For this registration process you will need (1) your Multi-Pass Gen3 card and (2) your enrollment sleeve

The first thing you will want to do when you get your Multi-Pass Pro is to make it yours by enrolling your fingerprint biometrics onto your card by following these 3 easy steps (please refer to the video at the end of this article if needed):

1. Insert Card

Insert the left side of your Multi-Pass Pro into the card sleeve, exposing the fingerprint sensor on the right.

2. Enroll Fingerprint

Place your thumb on the fingerprint sensor, ensuring the sensor is fully covered.

Do this 5 times, trying different finger positions, to enroll your encrypted fingerprint template.

The card's LED light will flash green after every successful scan.

3. Card Ready

The final time you activate the fingerprint sensor, your card's LED light will blink 5 times to indicate the card was successfully registered.

Your card is set up and ready to authenticate!
