Multi-Pass - December 2023

New Authentication flows

  1. FLOW: MPAS - Local NFC reader

    • This new flow is optimized to streamline the Local NFC authentication flow. In other words, you can authenticate using your Multi-Pass card and an NFC reader connected to your computer.

    • White Labeling: An enterprise customer can now request to have their logo added to the “MPAS - Local NFC Reader” authentication flow. This logo will be displayed in the web flow during authentication.

    • You can bind this authentication flow on any client.

    • If the user has not registered their Multi-Pass card, they can click on the “Not registered Yet" link, and the user will be redirected to a registration flow.

    • The registration flow will redirect the user to log in through their Identity Provider in order to create their MPAS account and add their Multi-Pass card to their account.

  2. FLOW: MPAS - First broker login

    • This flow is used to enable a user to create a MPAS account using their Identity Provider setup in their work environment.

      • You can bind this flow to an Identity Provider to ease the creation of a user within the Multi-Pas Authentication Service.

  3. FLOW: MPAS - Post-Login register card

    • This flow is used to register a Multi-Pass card once you have created your user account in MPAS.

      • You can bind this flow to an Identity Provider to force the user to register their Multi-Pass card.
